concerning the Downtown Improvement Boards mail First we cannot unders tand the boards idea of having beer and or other li quor served outside in the mall what is this promoting Is not alcoholism sup sed to be our nations num one health problem Does the board feel young impressionable children should be subjected to the sight and sound of these groups sitting out in the open drinking We walked
