First reading was given a bill {from Attorney--General Price amending the Summary Convictions Act in con-- formity with Criminal Code amend-- ments passed at the 1933 session of the Dominion Parliament. As a rc-- sult of the change, Subsection 1 of Section 13 of the act will provide for appeal "to the county or district court of the county or district, as the case may be, in which the cause of the information or complaint arose."
