Tllustrations above show: laid down through the years. His Honor Lieutenant--Governor Dr. Herbert A. Bruce At the left, his Honor in conversation with Brigadier T. V. Anderson, O.C. Military was escorted to the Parliainent Buildings by a detachment from the Royal Canadian District No. 2, upon Dr. Bruce's formal arrival; at the right, the Lieutenant--Governor Dragoons, where he was received by military officials, and reviewed the Guard of inspecting the Guard of Honor from the Royal Canadian Regiment.
