of local farms have been sold recently among them part of the spears farm and the freeman property and several of the farms on tie south side of the town line these latter are of course in scarboro township and hence part of metropolitan toronto it was this overshadow ing of farms by the city which led to the planning of a tele vision program written by dean hughes of yhlonyille entitled in the shadow of the city to be shown on june 17th at 10 pm the farm of archie little has been the location for much of the filming and the little family have been pictured in all phases of their daily
