beloved wife of richard j brown she was in her 76h year born at stouffvihe on feb ruary 13 1ss0 the decease was a daughter of the late wii- lard clark and esther staple- ton married at port perry in 1903 she lved in guelph for 3 year before coming to oshawa j3 years ago mrs brown was a member of the united church and was active in the work of the womens association and the womens missionary so ciety of the church she was also a charter member of th mary street home and school association osshawa besides her husband she eaves to mourn her passing one daughter miss lorraine brown at home and three sons george and bert of oshawa and roland of lansing ont a daughter theima predeceased her about 20 years ago funeral service was held at the luke mcintosh funeral home at 2 pm on thursday july
