guilty anil were remanded in custody one week for sentence provincial constable victor proctor said he received a tele phone call last month from the principal of the public school com plaining of a breakin i investigated and found the screen on the north window had been torn stated constable proc tor i went up the fire escape to the second window and found it had been forced the officer told the court he saw indentations on the ground of a pair of large rubber boots he said he was in formed long and mcintosh had been seen together the previous night and a check with longs parents who thought their son was at school showed he had not been there all morning the officer stated they finally caught the fleeing youths on a park bench at musselmans lake north of stouffville as 1 approached them i saw mcintosh unload a 22 calibre pistol and throw it on the ground they had 50 rounds of ammunition for the weapon this whole thing is my fault burst out mcintosh in court if i hadnt suggested it to down several jobs in various places about ontario one of which was secured for him a few months back by provincial constable gordon keastj mcintoshs mother resides in tor- onto his father has been dead for some years in court mcintosh was wearing the same rubber boots through which provincial constable proc tor was able to trace his foot prints the boots are identical with the pair he stole from the farmer a few months back but was allow ed to keep on display as evidence was the loot taken from the cottage by the two youths who claimed they never got into the school markham girls among
