reeve of the town on the subject of public ownership of hydro electric he said that he was pro moting the scheme in a bc com munity where the people were fear ful that the overhead in a small place would spell disaster to the undertaking however when he was apprized of the success of pub lic ownership -in- stouffville and obtained a picture of how it is operated he went away happy and said he
