dominion department of agriculture to permit feed grain containing 3 dockage to bypass fort william there is greater danger that weed seeds may be distributed more widely this step was taken as an emergency measure only and they are asking that we consider it as such in order that the great shortage of feed grains in ontario may be reasonably met they are anxious in order to control the spread of weed seeds as much as possible that every effort be taken to have grain which is carrying this dockage recleaned at destination this grain need only be put over a screen which would take out the very small seeds such as mustard or the smaller black seeds how we are in a position to do just what the depart ment of agriculture is asking in fact we have put through our grain receiver all western
