sidewalk and jumped into the waiting car at weldons store the dog set up such furious opposition that the thieves ran off before the proprietor got a glimpse of them shortly after three am local milkmen noticed the car driven by the thieves on main street near the mansion house and took the number constable quibell was called and was down on the scene a few minutes after the car sped from
