On Friday night, Tyler Wirag, 21, of Musslman's Lake and Matthew Fockler, 29, of Stouffville are alleged to have started a fight outside The Lion of Stouffville. Police said a man's nose was broken and he suffered other injuries to his head, sending him to hospital. Fockler was arrested after the fight, while Wirag was picked up by police on Sunday. The victim, a 25-year-old Stouffville man, was released from hospital the next day. According to sources, earlier in the night, Wirag had engaged with one of the witnesses involved in his attempted murder trial, which took place at the Newmarket courthouse between January and April 2016. Wirag was sentenced to time served -- about one year plus credit -- for aggravated assault by Justice Anne Mullins. He was also banned from owning weapons and placed on one-year probation. Wirag, from Musselman's Lake, was found guilty of a brutal attack on Stouffville hockey player Kyle Sauro, who was left with parts of his TYLER WIRAG organs sticking out of his stomach, resulting in a huge scar on his torso and lasting medical problems. The incident began while the pair attended a house party in Gormley with hundreds of young people in August 2013. During the party, Sauro heard Wirag had spat on one of his female friends. After propositioning a fight between the pair, Sauro was told to avoid Wirag as he had a knife. Sauro backed off, but then heard his younger brother Kameron was glassed in the face by Wirag, causing a huge gash. The stabbing occurred on Rose Avenue in Stouffville later the same night. oVeR 80 UseD Vehicles instocK UseD caR cleaRance 84 months hURRY in toDaY!
