The driver, who remains unnamed by the OPP , was charged with careless driving after his cement truck rolled over during a southbound left turn on Hwy. 48 off of Stouffville Road on May 19. The truck rolled over and laid on its side in the intersection in the community of Ringwood. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
