BUSINESS Rick Upton is now at the helm of the WhitchurCh-Stouffville Chamber of (10m- merce. The organization's vicemhairperson and Ward 4 councillor candidate took charge earlier this week. after its executive director and board chairperson both unexpectedly resigned Sept. 15.
