The department has subsequently closed the investigation. Around 12:30 pm. on Sept. 3, a fire started in the garage of 208 Hoover Park D11, near Tenth Line. When homeowner Dora Confalone, who works for Sutton Group Town and Country, arrived home to quickly check on her teenaged daughters and mother, she could smell smoke outside the home, but not inside.
