The Grade 3 students at Harry Bowes Public School donated their hair and $400 in pledges to A Child’s Voice Foundation, which runs the Angel Hair for Kids program. It takes eight to 10 hair donations and $800 to make one wig. Rachael, 8, was the mil- lennium baby in Stouffville.
