highlights new arena complex building program council adopted a building program for the new arena complex to be designed and constructed as a twin pad facility in addition to the twin pads the building will include six dressing rooms per pad elevated spectator seating lobby with rink viewing area pro shop and concession cost for construction of the new facility will be funded from
