at home they are available unbaked as well reg 349 to 399 each off this week pork acic well have our back ribs on sale this week at the meat y counter and hopefully well have enough i say this because weve run out of the meat feature a bit early the last couple of weeks what makes our back ribs so good first we buy more marbled pork that streakiness makes them more tender and juicy secondly we dont have that insipid little tail hanging from the one end you would normally pay full price for it if you shopped elsewhere thirdly our pork is not seasoned which means that its not cut from pork loins which have been injected with water and phosphate to make them juicier just imagine the thinking behind that and lastly our price is very competitive because we cut our own pork so think ribs this week perhaps with our montgomery inn sauce or any other we have lots to choose from theyll be good reg 795 lb iuinness sausages these sausages have a stout flavour that goes with just about anything including a little more guinness to f when i asked the bakery ladies in charge if it possible to do a crme brulee sale to my surprise and to the dismay of all of the other bakery folk they agreed this is the picture well need about 3000 of those white china ramekins and well need to sterilize- them then well need about 200 vanilla beans ever notice the black sediment on the bottom those are the beans 300 litres of whipping cream about 4000 eggs most of which have to be separated by hand for the yolks well then need to send the van to the liquor store because not everything will fit into my volvo well need a few extra torches with refills to caramelize the tops a box of bandaids for all the burned fingers and the ovens going close to 24 hours a day these are the flavours that well be making but not every flavour will be available all the time so have a plan b flavour in mind vanilla bean grand marnier raspberry white chocolate cappuccino amaretto rosemary maple branched chocolate strawberry lemon anise chai tea the regular price of these is 399 each despite the recent milk price increase which includes a 50t deposit for the ramekin off this week our feature price this week
