to take a half day off work to protest council holding a last- minute meeting on subdivisions planned for stouflville about 5000 homes are expected to be built in wwtchurchstouffville over the next 20 up their halloween bags and balloons from york regional police officers at the community policing centre in the stouffville train station around 1 pm then theyll head along main street for the candy being handed out by local merchants children accom panied by adults are encouraged to come to the train station first to have their hand stamped with a special halloween design an allgirl band from stouflville district secondary school will be at the gazebo during the festivities and the power puff girls will hand out candy at the clock tower bia manager ruth leblanc is urg ing the adults
