16th 2003 at 700 p m in the council chambers munidpal offices 4th floor 37 sandiford drive stouffville under the authority of sections 17 and 21 of the planning act to consider a proposed offidal plan amendment to the offidal plan of the town of wrutchurchstouffville and the secondary plans for the communities of gormley ballantraemusselman lake and stouffville purpose effect on december 14 2001 the province of ontario proclaimed the oak ridges moraine conservation act section 9 of this act requires local municipalities induding the town of whitchurchstouffville to bring their offidal plans and zoning bylaws into conformity with the oak ridges moraine conservation plan prior to october 22nd 2003 the proposed amendment is intended to bring the towns offidal plan and the secondary plans for the- communities of gormley ballantraemusselman and stouffville into conformity with the provincial plan as required by the oak ridges moraine conservation ad 2001 the effect of this amendment is to identify the approved provincial oak ridges moraine boundary the provincial land use designations within the oak ridges moraine area and to provide policy direction at the munidpal level for lands within the moraine area the area of the town of whiturchstouffville covered by the moraine plan is conceptually shown below in the shaded area public participation any person may attend the public meeting to make written or oral submissions on the proposed offidal plan amendment should you be unable to attend the public meeting your written submissions will be received up to the time of the
