reesor a wide circle of friends stouffville frank reesor everyones friend at parkview village stouffville passed away suddenly jan 7 in scarborough centenary hospital avhere hed been a patient only fone day he was 80 mr reesor a softspoken kindly man enjoyed the com pany of others he had a wide cir cle of friends days of his youth and boyhood years spent on the farm were memories he loved to recall he iyas intensely interested in the life of early pioneers mr reesor was born on the rioth cone of markham oct 21 j908 he was proud of his heritage a descendent of chris- itian reesor who with his family icame to cedar grove from penn sylvania in 1804 following retirement from the ifarm in 1965 frank and ella reesor moved to main street north markham for a period of ten years mr reesor was a 1 member of the custodian staff at markham dist high school in 1985 they took up residence at parkview village mr reesor had a close associa tion with the congregation of zion united church cedar grove he served as a steward a member of session and a secretary of the sunday school besides his wife the former ella rittenhouse mr reesor is survived by a daughter and son- inlaw carol and lome smith rr 2 markham and three grandchildren david donald and anne he was predeceased by a son arnold and a brother harvey the funeral service conducted by rev ken deer was held jan 10 from zion church
