their homes walk aimlessly about with nothing but time on their hands and hell bent on destruc tion their own and others come on folks at least scott is attempting to make something of himself he pays rent for his market site but is that enough no sir the town wants scott to pay 600 just to apply for a tem porary rezoning order heck scott you were packing away too much money anyway i can only guess
