be divied up between existing hospit als in newmarket and richmond hill and in the end the markham and stouffville area councillors were outgunned not only is the decision a slap in the face to the eastern areas of york region but its a failure to realize the significant growth and acute need for medical facilities in the markham and stouffville areas incorporating 70 of the 500 new beds in the
