four receive life memberships stouffville wednesday june 4 marked an important milestone in the life of the stouffville womens institute their 75th anniversary the event was also important to four local ladies velma arnold bessie forgie hilda middleton and mabel williamson- they were presented with life memberships in the organization an honor bestowed on very few their enthusiasm and
