which had no less than six teams playing for the title coach jim retail was delighted with the response of his expupils some of whom had travelled a fair distance for the event one of jims earliest pupils at sdss herb otto class of 67 travelled from ottawa to play with his old team mates jim hill paul grose ian montgomery laurie bucbland ron castle dave ferguson and wayne crowder this was the team that won the georgian bay championship for three consecutive years in 64 65 and 66 as well as being all ontario champs in 65 the tournament had more than its fair share of greats bruce rodin
