week of prayer at services on sunday january 7 each person was given a list of prayer concerns for the town of stouffville and x challenged to set aside a period of time each day to pray for these concerns these include the family children and schools senior citizens those in positions of authority those who serve and prayers for the unity of the christian church the list was prepared and v distributed by the stouffville ministerial association it is hoped that through this week of prayer each church member will feel a renewed commitment to prayer and a deeper concern for the needs of sdss gym on friday night tom forster playing for huron and considered to be one of the best players in the league was contained by the spartans during the first half which ended with a slight lead for goal of the evening with an assist from dawn schell giving the ladies a m lead the game bad turned into a seesaw battle with neither side gaining much of an advantage but then with six minutes left in
