is a rezoning for the property located on the east side of high- way 47 just north of main st it was estimated that since there is little likelihood of objections from neighbours construction could be six months to a year away councillor bill kamps who at a special meeting with the developers planner last week advocated delaying the shop ping centre this week reversed his stand and voted for the development last week mr kamps said if you duplicate services in a town this size someone is going to go out of business but tuesday night he commented if they live up to the site plan and landscaping it will be a real help to that part of town last week mayor gordon ratcliff in a telephone in- terviewtold the tribune we are bringing in too many small stores but added they had dealt with the
