buffet dinner dancing every saturday and sunday newmarket a gormley youth who caused a disturbance at an aurora apartment building last oct 4 should have chosen a different location for his frolick unfortunately for him a york regional police constable was living there last week in court constable fredrick tufnell testified against steven james leuschner on a charge of causing a disturbance judge ian munro found the youth guilty and fined him 25 or 10 days constable tufnell told the court he and other tenants were disturbed by the noise from a party which had been going on into the early hours of morning tlie constable said the accused man ac companied by several other persons went outside the apartment and started to cause a disturbance constable tufnell said leuschner was yelling obscenities because he could not seem to find his car keys when the constable went to tell him to quiet down he told me where- to go- the accused youth said the apartment operated by his uncle had indeed been the scene of a party he admitted police had been called four times and had demanded that the stereo be turned down i had no control over it leuschner told the court the youth said he had been drinking but was not drunk he denied using foul languange and doubted constable tufnelps testimony that he was the person doing all the yelling it was dark out he could have mistaken me for someone else the gormley youth told judge ian munro he said while outside he hadnt talked at all my uncle has the building and i- respect that i dont want to go disturbing his tenants mr leuschner said the crown attorney admitted it might very well be a case of mistaken identity he said the youth has a plausible story judge munro however answered the young man is mild enough here today but at
