markham about 1920 he farmed here for many years and established a dairy business in connection with the farm during the 1930s mr lewis was an en thusiastic church worker both in the methodist and united churches and occupied many of the church offices including sunday school superin tendent he also played in the malvern band for many years mrs lewis the former margaret chester predeceased her
