he noted that when the original twoarea system was approved it meant the withdrawal of 18 sectional boards that had been in existence for many years to the people in the north end this represented a very real problem per haps one that we did not appreciate controller john kruger reeve john williams argued that the three members should be elect ed from the township at large and he was support ed by councillor arthur king i feel that the idea of perpetuating the urban- rural division is wrong stated councillor kruger especially wrong now that we are entering into a county system councillor
