enacted by the council of the corporation of the township of uxbridge that bylaw no 1373 of the township of uxbridge be and the same is hereby amend ed as follows 1 that clause i be repealed and substitute therefore the following a no person shall use any land for the purpose of erecting or using thereon a dwelling house of one storey in height unless such dwelling house has a ground floor area of at least 1200 square feet or a dwelling house having more than one storey in height unless such dwelling house has a ground floor area of at least 800 square feet or a summer cottage unless such summer cot tage has a ground floor area of at least 1200 square feet in each instance the floor area is to be computed exclusive of basement garage unfinished attic porches or verandahs within the outside walls b no person shall use any land for the purpose of erecting or moving thereto any accessory build ing before first obtaining a building permit for a dwelling house or summer cottage 2 that clause 11 be repealed and substitute therefore the following a no person shall use any land for the purpose ot erecting moving to or altering any dwel ing house or summer cottage unless the parcel of land has a frontage and an average width measured at right angles to the side boundaries of not less than one hundred feet 100 on a provincial county or municipal road and an area of not less than fifteen thousand square feet 15000 b provided that if the area is greater than fifteen thousand square feet 15000 the frontage on a provincial county or municipal road shall not be less than one quarter of the depth c provided that any lot held under separate own ership upon the day this bylaw is passed which does not have the frontage and area as rcqu red by this bylaw for the erection of a dwelling house thereon may be used for the erection of a dwelling house thereon provided that all other provisions of this bylaw arc complied with 3 that no part of this bylaw shall come into force without the approval of the ontario municipal board but subject to such approval the bylaw shall take effect from the day of passing thereof read a first and a second time this 12th day of
