unionville from total ob scurity a whole new neigh bourhood is taking jihapc a development that in both size and population will soon dwarf the parent com munity comparatively un changed throughout much of he current century varley village as the subdivision has been named will be changed but like grandparents observing the modernisms of teenage trends unionville folk are not so sure that the change is for the better others however not quite so staid in their ways are willing to take the chance an estima ted fifty homes are already occupied others had plavs the promoters of the var ley
