Another concert will be given in the New Empire Theatre early in March by the Schroeder Orchestras.. Mr. Scehroeder says that the coming event will be even better than the last. The event will be under the auspices of the Poreupine Branch of the Navy League. The Novelty Dance at the Mcelntyrse Hall last Tuesday evening proved a special suceess, though all the Meln tyre Recreation Hall events seem to be pleasing and successful in every way. ‘The music furnished by the (MeIntyre Orchestra, 12 pieces, under the direction of Mr. Cedarborg, was a special feature of the evening. There was fun and pleasure in plenty, and the cafeteria lunch served added to the enjoyment of the evening. Mr. A. 8. Fuller returned last week from a visit to points south. Among other places visited were:â€"Nevada, where he spent some days with Mrs. Fuller who is at the hot springs theore for her health; Frisco, where he saw Clarence Everingham, formerly of the Dome; Los Angelos, where he met Mr. Chas. See, formerly of this Camp; Toâ€" peka, Kansas, where he visited his old home. Last week at Hearst a case‘ under the Inland Revenue Act had to be postponed because the evidence was missing. ‘The police thought they had a ffine array of evidence against a Hearst man for breach of the act, the evidence including apparatus that the police said comprised a still and a barrel of mash for the illegal making of liquor.
