PUBLIC NOTICE IS WHWEREBY GITâ€" VEN that it is the intention of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Timmins to pass the following byâ€" Iaw after due notic»> thereof has been published in accordance with the Proâ€" visiaons of the Municipal Act. f TOWN OF TIMMINS * >. "BYâ€"LAW NO ; BEING A BYâ€"LAW to stop up a certain portion of the unâ€"named street or the south boundary of Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane and that portion cof the unâ€" named street between lots 14 and 22 and between lots 15 and 21 on said Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane, and to permit the Corporation to lease or sell the perlions of the streets so stepped up. "WHEREAS the Council of the Corâ€" poration deems it desirable to close and stop up a certain portion of the unâ€"named street on the south bounâ€" dary of Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane and that portion of the unâ€"named street betâ€" ween lots 14 and 22 and between lots 15 and 21 on said Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane. WHEREAS the Council deâ€" sires to have the right to leass or sell the portions cf the streets stopped up. AND WHEREAS notice of the inâ€" téntion of the Council has been duly advertised as required by the Munâ€" icipal Act and all persons who claim that their jiand would be prejudicially a(cgtcd by this byâ€"law and who apâ€" plied to be heard have been hsard by the Council. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACâ€" TFD AS A BYâ€"LAW OF THE TOWN OF "TIMMINS as follows: 1 Thers is hereby closed and stopped up that part of the unâ€"named street on the gouth boundary of Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane from the projection southâ€" erly of the FEast boundary of lot No. 1, according to Plan Mâ€"12% Cochrane, westerly to the west boundary of the Plan Mâ€"12 Cochrane. 2. Thre is hereby closed and stopâ€" ped up that portion of the unâ€"named street between lots 14 and 22 and betâ€" ween lots 15 and 21 on Pian Mâ€"12 Cachrane, 3.
