The machine is learning to pass, some of the needy ones are learning to keep their heads up and developing a puck touch, and above all last night they played hockey. This is Morenz third season with Wilf Cude, ‘coach and manager, (and a former pro Canadian Goal tender). It is a prophesy that young Morenz is in for a brilliant future in pro nockey and it is hoped that he will carry© the number "seven" for the pro Canadians, the sweater that his father matde famous, and a number for the pages of hockey lore. At present Morenz is one of the lqading scorers and it is said that he hnas a driving shot â€" another reminder of the great Dad. Another highlight is Ray Scurrah who minds the mesh for the Montrealers, who is reputed to be a very smart lad and besides, a gent who still has some juvenile time to use up. To finish off there is Kalvin Bernett who drags down the feeling from the suthorities as being a sure fire pro prospect. Bernett is classed as the most experienced man on the team, playing centre and general utility. The next mascot was again named Dick. but hisâ€" actions were â€"never anyâ€" thing out: of the ordinary.
