Chas. McCrea, Minister of fog Ontario, who for ten years had directed the activities of the proâ€" vincial department of mines and had contributed so much to the advance of the mining industry, the.benefit .of the prospector and the advantage of the public. The guests at the complimenâ€" tary dinner to Hon. Mr. McCrea came from every mining district of the North, from sectians of Ontario and other proâ€" vinces and from other lands.
