Last week the government asked the motorists to cut down their speed and this week the Timmins police departâ€" ment are on the lookâ€"out for any perâ€" sons who are speeding. Yesterday two Timmins motorists were summoned to apear in next week‘s police court to face charges of speeding. Chief of Police Leo H. Gagnon labelled these offenders as saboteurs and issued a strict warning that any other offenders would be brought to court to face similar charges. Hardolphe Wasteneys was one of the motorists charged and police said that he was travelling at seventy miles an heur on the Schumacher highway. The other sveeder was Joe Lilko whom police said was travelling about fortyâ€" five or fifty miles an hour on the same highway.
