He stands accused of "threatening to murder," as result of a letter allegedly written to the Ontario Liquor Control Board threatening provincial police. A case of indecent assault preferred against G. Rajech was withdrawn, the lady in court not liking to go ahead with it. Complainant paid $18.35 costs.
