While the concert was primarily arâ€" ranged to allow the pupils of Mrs. Vary to display their musical wares to the public, the event has taken on much broader significance. The annual conâ€" cert not only gives the youngs pano players chance to show their talent, but it also includes a large number of speâ€" cial numbers of entertainment value. Piano numbers one after another would have ‘the tendency to develop a sori of monotony. The annual concert this year overcomes this difficulty. One of the special features for the event cn April 26th will be a number of dancs selections by pupils of Miss Margarct Easton. It is likely that memâ€" bers of the Porcupine District Pipe Band will be in attendancse to play the pipes for the Highland dancing whicli is sure to prove a very pspular feature. Other features ars certain to attract very general applause and appreciation. THE CLUB ROOM AT THE FLYING CLUB The Porcupine Flying Club OPEN FOR MEMBERS FLYING INSTRUCTION PROVIDED The executive of the Porcupine Flying Club will consider appliâ€" cations for membership up until May 15th. The annual fee is just $15.00 and entitles each member to full privileges of the clubâ€" house at all times. A spacious lounge is provided, also recreation room, dining room, refreshment room, sunâ€"deck and showers. LOC}{GIQ are available. ht s ol wl ks Even those not taking part in flying will find the club an enjoyable gathering place. Every possible facility for members comfort and pleasure will be provided. Water sports will be an attraction of the summer season. Dsspite the fact that fifty cents would be a popular price for so pleasing a programme, the price of the titckets ‘for the event have been held down to the nominal one of twentyâ€" five cents for adults and fifteen cents for children. This certainly should asâ€" sure a full house for the occasion.
