Norih Bay Collegiate wrested the Patton Cup, indicative of the basketball championship of the Northern Ontario Secondary School Asscciation, away from Timmins High and Vocational on Saturday night in the MceIntyre gymâ€" nasium. The Gateway City cagers took the title by a szore of 37 to 27 in the suddenâ€"death final. Score in the first period: North Bay 4. Timmins, 1. Timmins was the equal of the Bay on the night‘s play but the local boys were overâ€"anxious and time and azain missed shots on the net. Another fault for which they paid dearly was their habit of bunching together on the floor. Huddled together, they would be caught flatâ€"footed when a visitor got the ball.
