Sampson‘s Father Dies at the Age of 87 (From The Northern News) Friends of William T. Sampson, supâ€" erintendent of the Wrightâ€"Hargreaves, Mine, learned with regret that his faâ€" ther, Rev. W. H. Charge of Reckless Driving to be Laid Against Young Man The coroner‘s jury into the death of Charles‘ Young, aged 6 years, w died last week as a result of injuries when he was struck by a car driven by Wm Flynn, brought in a verdict of acci~â€" dental death with some blame attached to both driver and the child. The youngster ran out in the road in front of the car. The brakes on the car were not in perfect conditicn Plynn exâ€" plained that he did not see the child until too late to avoid hitting him. The jury added a rider to the verdict recornmending that Flynn‘s license to drive be cancelled. Coroner F. C. Evans conducted the inquest.
