James, aged 57 years, were badly injured at the Kirkland and Wilfred Gosselin, aged 24 years, Lake Gold Mine, Kirkland Lake, on Wednesday of last week when they were struck by a fall of rock caused by an air blast, near the bottom of the shaft. Gosselin was the most seriously injured, having one of his hips severeâ€" ly crushed. His condition is considered as critical. James had one leg and one rib broken. Both men are married.
