Mrs. W. H. Johns, secretary of the local association of Guides, has been apâ€" pointed Divisional Commissioner, Timâ€" mins, Schumacher, South Porcupine and Connaught coming within her jurisdiction. It is the aim of the local association to form a company in Schumacher in the near future, possiâ€" bly one in Connaught, and a second company in South Porcupine. Timâ€" mins Guides, with their captain, Mrs. Groves, were present at the meeting in Guide Headquarters in‘ the evening, and Mrs. Parsons enrolled four of their members. Five South Porcupine girls and the three ladies who form our local association, were also enrollâ€" ed.
