He was the driver of the motor cycle on the night of the fatality. Much of his evidence corroborated that of Lorenzo Zigoletto, husband of the deceased woman. From the time he saw the car like a flash in front of him until the next day in the hospital he declarâ€" ed he knew nothing clearly. He statâ€" ed he had owned the motor cycle for a year last August and had driven a motor cycle for two years and a half. There was scarcely standing room in the Angliâ€" can Church for the many friends who attended the funeral from Timmins and all over the Porcupine Camp. The service was conducted by the Rev. Archdeacon Woodall. Throughout the service the mute organ banked with ; beautiful floral tokens, silently told of the loss to the church of one who had ever been in his place during the past eight years. The organ had been left by him on the Sunday night previous with the hymn book open at the hymn, "One Sweetly Solemn Thought."
