Lightbody and little son. All are now improving. _A club called ‘The Explorers‘‘ has beenâ€" formed consisting of the boys of the United Church Sunday School, ranging in age from nine to twelve years. During their Easter holidays little Misses Hazel and Maud Mahon were successfully operated on for tonsils and adenoids at the hospital. _ The operating surgeon was Dr. S. R. Harâ€" rison of Timmins, assisted by Dr. Wm. MceLaren, South Poreupine. The little girls were able to atténd school again when it opened on Monday. Miss Donlevy, of Pembroke, arâ€" rived the latter part of the week to assume her duties on the teaching staff of the public school. She is taking charge of the Jr. and Sr. II. Class, accommodation having been arâ€" ranged for same at the New High School. _ There are forty pupils to start in this class. Some of the youngsters thought it was a great promotion to be sent from the public school up to the high school. Mr. Nathan Henry is well enough now to resume his work for a part of each day at the Dome Mines office After his long seige of illness his many friends are delighted to feel that he will soon be as well as ever avain. Mr. H. P. â€"DePencier, General Manager of the Dome Mines, and Mr. W. H. Johns, M.E., are attending the annual meeting of the Dome Mines in Toronto. Gallagher has returned to town from the Red Lake district, but purposes returning to that centre again before long. Mr. J. B.
