The late Mr. Seott was the finst Homeâ€" stead Inspector for Temiskaming, beâ€" ing appointed by Hon. E. J. Davis, then Commissioner of Crown Lands. The late Mr. Seott was a big man, standing 6 ft. 4 incles. He was very popular in the North while on duty in this country..
