TIMMIIS fllflE [XPHH Ill Bf IN BISlEV TEAM ‘ Timmins is honoured this year by? having one of its popular and es- teemed citizens on the Canadian Rifle Team competing at the famous Bisley event. Last year a Canadian, Lient. D. Burke, of Ottawa, who had spent some time as a resident of the North Land, was the winner of the King’s Prize at Bisley. There will be general hope that this year again reflected honour may come to the North from the Bisley event, by a Timmins man, Lieut. Harvey, carry- ing off the big honours. Local friends who have seen him in action with a rifle would not be surprised if he did win out big at Bisley. Thursday last the Dominion of Canada Rifle Association announced the composition of the Canadian Rifle Team which leaves early next month for Bisley, England, to take part in the now world-famous matches of the National Rifle Association. The team will be incommand of C01. D. R. Street, of Ottawa, with Major 'A. G. Styles D.S.O., Regina, as adjutant. It is one of the youngest teams, as regards the average age, that has gone to England in recent years to represent Canada. “Cyril Atkinson, eldest son fm Mr. and Mrs. S.
