EMPLOVEES NOW 1N FORCGE For a considerable time past plans have ‘been under way to inangurate a pension plan for the employees of the T. N. 0. Railway, and last week anâ€" nouncement was made that a plan had finally been adopted and it was now in force and effect. Arrangements for introducing the pension plan were made at the last conference between members of the T. N. O. Ranway Commission and Premier Drury at Toâ€" ronto. The schedule of pensions will be the same as in force on the Canadian Paâ€" cific Railway, It will apply to emâ€" ployees in good standing at the age of 65. Every employee of the road will be covered by the pension plan but it will be all financed by tae Ralway, employees not being required to conâ€" tribute a cent of their earnings. In an interview regarding the per sion plan, Mr. Geo. W. Lee, Chairm sn of the T. N. 0.
