The party left the landâ€" ing here at whbout 7.45, and the boat went up the river about ten miles. The heavy rain that came on before the trip was finished sent all under cover, but could not dampen the enthusiasm of the happy crowd. During the trip popular songs were sung and generâ€" al good time enjoyed. On returning to the danding the party went to the hospitable home of Mr. and Mrs. A. J.
