(6) AND WHEREAS the whole rateable property 0! the aid Municipality as flnnlly revised and ascertained at the last Court of Re- vision held in the month of Decem- ber. 1911. was assessed at $697,006. (4) AND WHEREAS for the re- payment ol the said sum of twenty thousand dollars (920,000.00) it is proposed to issue debentures for such amounts as will repay then“ m. together with interest st four per centum per annum in twenty equal annual instalments; and none of the said debentures shall be for less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT EN- ACTED by the said Municipal Cor- poration oi the Township of Whitney pursuant to the Provisions 0! the Statutes in that behali an adequate system of fire protec- tion he provided at Lake View; that, additional sidewalks and street cross- ings be constructed and that the monies due the Imperial Bank of Canada by this Municipality be re- paid out of the monies arising from the proceeds of the sale of the said debentures. Porcupine. on the first day of July in each and every year hereafter commencing on the first day of July. 1913, as set out in Schedule "A" hereto. (i) That the vote of the electors ol the said Municipality shall be tak- en on this Fly-Law on Monday. the third day of June. 1912, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of the said date at the Provincial Gaol at Porcupine in the said Township of Whitney. or at such other place or places within the said Municipality as the Township Clerk or the said Municipal Council may hereafter de- signate and the Clerk of the said Municipality shall act as Returning Officer lor the taking 0! the said vote.
