Coming to Canada 54 years ago he was married in St. George's Angli- can Church, Toronto, Sept. 26, 1931, and had been a resident of Whitby since that time. Hospital, prior to his retirement 30 years ago, Mr. Ratcliffe was a member of St. John's Angli- can Church, Port Whitby. He was a life honorary member of the Princess Patricia's Cana- dian Light Infantry and a for- mer member of Branch '112, Royal Canadian Legion, | Whitby.
