With an abun- dance of plums on the market it is time to enjoy this delight- ful sauce. These plums are generally tart and juicy and add a particular taste treat to any dish, whether salad or des- sert. You can choose fron: red, yellow. or crimson now, and later from varieties, whici are smaller, firmer in texture, milder and sweeter.
